America’s Most Wanted Comes To Lifetime Starting December 2nd

America’s Most Wanted is returning to television starting December 2 on Lifetime. The network has ordered 21 hour episodes for the 25th season of the show which helps find dangerous criminals were on the run.

Show creator and star John Walsh said he was excited to be “back in the saddle” again and working now with Lifetime.

No word yet if any changes are coming to the show as a result of the move by I expect it to keep catching bad guys and help finding missing children. Since America’s most wanted premiered in 1988 more than 1100 fugitives including 17 fugitives on the 10 FBI’s most wanted list have been captured and 61 children admission persons have been found.

Regardless of what ratings are this is a show that should be on television just for the good it does. I hope it keeps going for a long time and I hope it brings more ad dollars to Lifetime as a result of them doing the right thing and saving the show.
