Fox Brings Back In Living Color

Who’s ready to get fly again? Fox has announced it is bringing back its groundbreaking sketch comedy series, In Living Color.

The latest reincarnation of the show will consist of two half-hour specials which Fox is planning on airing during the network’s 25th anniversary celebration. If viewers tun in and make the specials a success network bigwigs plan on bringing the series back into regular production in the Fall of 2012.

For the rebirth, In Living Color’s creator and original style Keenan Ivory Wayans will serve as host and the shows executive producer. No word on who will be part of the new cast or if any if the Wayans family will also take part in the show. The remake supposedly will be ditching the “Fly Girls” and in their place will feature musical performances by special guests.
