NCIS Videogame Coming To Facebook

Leroy Jethro Gibbs is about to have the adventure of a lifetime whether he wants to or not Gibbs is coming to Facebook. Ubisoft, the people behind the popular CSI computer desktop games is bringing the NCIS world to the popular social network site.Ubisoft shipped its first NCIS console game for PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and Nintendo 3DS. That game features likenesses from the entire cast of the show, including Mark Harmon, Michael Weatherly, Sean Murray, Pauly Perrette, Cote de Pablo, Robert Wagner and David McCallum. McCallum and Wagner also provided voice acting for the game.

NCIS: Major Crimesputs players in the role of a probie as they work alongside animated versions of actors from the show like Harmon, Perrette, Weatherly and Murray as they work crime scenes, interrogate suspects, and visit memorable locations from the show. Launching in early 2012, friends can also form field teams to solve additional cases.

The company will also be offering a CSI Miami version of the Facebook game sometime in 2012 to go along with the NCIS game and a game based on the television show House. I for one look forward to investigating cases via Facebook with the entire NCIS team and one can only hope McGee’s alter ego Elf Lord makes an appearance perhaps as an Easter egg as well.
