Emmy award-winning former Sopranos star Michael Imperioli ( The guy with the nose) has joined the NBC hospital-based drama County. While it is only for a pilot supposedly this show has some legs under it and is Jason Katims ( Friday Night Lights and Parenthood) new baby.
The show chronicles the lives of a group of young doctors, nurses and administrators at a troubled Los Angeles hospital. Imperioli will play Dr. Mercer, a senior attending physician who oversees the incoming interns.
