The Santa Clara County Public Health Department in San Jose, California, issued a report yesterday, naming respiratory arrest as the actual cause of Steve Jobs death, with “metastatic pancreas neuroendocrine tumor” as the underlying cause. No autopsy was performed on his body .
The technology guru was diagnosed in 2003 with a rare variant of pancreatic cancer, and received a liver transplant in 2009.
Steve Jobs was buried in Santa Clara this past Friday.
