Well if you’re one of those people who can’t get enough of reality television set in Alaska then you’re in luck. The Discovery Channel will feature a television series set in Alaska mainly focusing on the homesteading family of the famed musician Jewel.
“Alaska: The Last Frontier” stars the Kilcher family, and focuses on Atz Kilcher, the singer’s father. Three generations of the Kilcher family live on a 600 acre homestead in Homer, Alaska and the first few episodes will show how the family prepares for the upcoming winter. The show debuts tonight on the Discovery Channel and Jewel is not expected to be on the show.
