It looks like Two And A Half Men is in going anywhere because today we received word that CBS have agreed to new contracts with Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones all of whom’s contracts were up at the end of this season.
This will bring Two And A Half Men back for its 10th and in all likelihood final season with both Cryer and Jones having been there for all 10 while Kutcher will be doing his 2nd season since replacing Charlie Sheen.
The current contract brings the stars back at the same exact salaries they received for last season with Kutcher getting $700,000 an episode, Cryer getting around 600,000 and Jones getting $300,000 per episode. Each of the stars will also be getting a signing bonus to go with the new contracts but we haven’t heard exactly how much that would be. However, we have been told that during the last contract signing Jones received a signing bonus of $500,000.
CBS plans to now expanded, and he presents on Mondays and Thursday’s by airing two hour comedy blocks on each with Two And A Half Men, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, 2 Broke Girls and a few freshmen shows. The bringing back of Two And A Half Men was key because it will serve as an anchor for its final season to help bring more attention to other shows airing the same night.
